Perdigó combines healthcare industry expertise, technological know-how, and Human Factors experience to provide service design consultancy in the digital health space.
In this example, pharmaceutical company Ferrer sought a digital health solution for its Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) community. Instead of ‘designing an app’, Perdigó assembled a team to understand the challenges and distil solid concept foundations; in the case of PAH, this revolves around access to information and facilitating social interactions as well as condition management.
Our work also addressed the fit of a digital solution addressing these points across relevant stakeholders and within the pharma business model.
